All items in my shop are handmade and created to order. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive your blanket and notice an issue, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the concern. While I do not offer refunds, I’m always willing to review situations case by case to ensure you feel taken care of and supported. My goal is to make sure you love your cozy piece and feel good about your purchase.

Please remember that handmade items naturally have slight variations — this is part of their charm and uniqueness, not considered a defect.

Handmade Nature Clause

Every blanket is made by hand, not by machine. This means minor variations in texture, size, or stitch pattern are completely normal and part of the charm of a handmade product. These natural differences are not considered defects and will not qualify for refunds or returns.

Color Variation Notice

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, yarn dye lots, and screen settings. These variations are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
