Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 days for your cozy piece to be created and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through Canada Post using the services they offer at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s current rates.

Tracking

All orders include tracking when Canada Post provides it. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Within Canada Only

At this time, I only ship to addresses within Canada.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, it is no longer within my control. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as shipped or delivered.
If this happens, please contact Canada Post directly to open a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll help guide you through the claim process with Canada Post.
In cases of significant damage, I’m open to discussing possible solutions, including repairs if the item can be fixed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
